The short term effect is weight loss but I guess that depends a bit on which product you use.
E.g. : http://www.x3resveratrol.com/ would give long term benefits but also the direct weight loss effect.

Lots of people have reported feeling refreshed and lots of energy, even without getting a full nights sleep. Also, blood pressure and cholesterol levels have improved.
