What kind of foods should I eat to speed up my metabolism?

I’m on a diet and I need to speed my metabolism and how should I eat them thanks :)

Always have breakfast, it kick starts your metabolism.

Drink plenty of water
Green Tea
Apples and pears
Oatmeal
Broccoli
Low-Fat Yogurt
Grapefruit
Hot Peppers
Lean Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Turkey
Salmon, Tuna, and Sardines
Soup

If you want to speed up your metabolism you need to exercise and workout with weights, but exercising will help tremendously. As you progress, you can include a little weight training.

chillies apparently help speed up metabolism. i took weight loss support tablets, which were also to aid in metabolism adjustment, and they worked well. look for them at your local pharmacy

You should actually try to eat more vegetables and fruits. Stay away from junk, unless its diet, or has less calories.
