What can speed up one metabolism lose weight. Can something could be taken like a pill?

Is there a pill or something like Red Bull to speed up a persons metabolism lose weight??

I plan on eating 2 kiwis in a whole day.

lifting weights is good and eat a lot of protein, do cardio as well, as long as your active you wont need pills! good luck
