Is there a way to permanently speed up your metabolism?
Its very hard for me to lose weight.. my metabolism is shot. I would really like to lose about 50lbs before I get married next year. I know diet and excersize but is there a supplement to speed up metabolism? I'm desprite. Thanks!!
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year. My metabolism rate is very high now.

you need to gain muscle mass. So…. Lift weights. Not those small girly weights, real weights. Lift as much as you can handle.

The only healthy thing I can think of other than exercise and eating less would be green tea. Also I've heard spicy foods can speed your metabolism a little, but I'm not sure where I heard that, might not be true.
