How to boost/speed up my metabolism?
I am overweight. I started eating healthy food and exercising at least 1hr a day. I havent lost much weight. And it’s been about 5 months. How can I speed up my metabolism so I can start shedding those pounds off.
Get up and out of bed early and eat a healthy breakfast (like unsweetened cereal or plain oatmeal, yogurt, fruit). Many people skip breakfast, but this is one of the best ways to kickstart your metabolism. Also, if you lie in bed in the morning instead of getting up as soon as you wake up it will keep your metabolism low all day.

some FOODS that speed up your metabolism are spicey foods!! dont eat to much though!! make sure they are healthy! like a fresh green pepper! not like Hot fries!! Excercising also speeds up your metabolism! you have to do it frequently though….otherwise your not gaining anything!
