You should google “cardio” and “strength training” these are basic things you NEED to know and understand. Cardio is any activity that raises your heart rate ..this can be walking, running, biking, etc. It’s best to do 20-30 min of cardio a day when starting out..be sure you don’t overdo it. You should be able to talk while working out…just slightly out of breath. Be sure to check with your doctor if you have any medical conditions. Mia
