How do you lose weight quickly?
How do you lose weight in your love handles and tummy?
I want to quickly, people say im not big but i feel i am.
What things should i eat and what certain exercizes?
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Limit fat intake, eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks in between. Cut down the size of your normal portions, and exercise. Losing fat quickly is not good for you though. A rapid weight loss is often caused by negative influences, and oftentimes is followed by a bulking period where you put the weight back on and then some. Also known as yo-yo dieting.
Normal weight loss is 1-2 pounds daily. Another thing to try that isn’t too bad is do nothing but vegetarian every three days. It isn’t as difficult as it sounds but just make sure that on your vegetarian days you are still getting your protein.

But it’s hard to do, trust me, I just lost 40lbs… it took me 6 months! It will not happen fast! But it has so many long term benefits, like better control of your body, heart and lung health, your brain will even reap benefits!

One thing to remember about exercise, in order to lose weight you have to have cardio! the best kind of cardio for weight loss is interval training, (walking with periodic running or jogging), with strength training 3 or 4 times a week. You will not see fast results, but you will feel so much better right away!
Always remember: There is NO MIRACLE PILL! Diet pills will destroy your liver and heart and will mess up your GI tract! Don’t do it! They will only help you lose WATER WEIGHT not fat! That is extremely dangerous! DON’T DO IT!
Oh, and Nate, HEALTHY weight loss is 1-2 lbs per WEEK, not per day!

Don’t eat dinner. Eat dinner 2 times a week. After you eat, don’t go exercise immediately, wait about 30 minutes ~ 1 hour, and go out then the percentage you have just ate will be decreased into nothing, or if you exercised more than you were suppose to, you’ll lose some percentage of fat in 1 week, which is around 5 ~ 10 pounds. I have experienced this on myself before. It works and helps. Also, eat healthy and normal, if you are a sugar eater, cut down on all the sugar for days, weeks, 3 ~ 5 weeks without sugar, and your body will start to change and become skinny. This will help a lot, and will not hurt your own body, unless you are forcing yourself. Don’t eat sugar too much, eat less salt too. This will help. Also, after you ate sugar, you eat salt. It will cut down on the sugar. This helps. Also do the opposite if you eat salt, then eat sugar. This will put it back down to 0%. I hope this information helps you. Good-Luck!

In the markets of today, you will be astounded at the range of goods that manufactures have to offer. In fact with all the hue and cry that is being made about weight loss, low fat substitutes and no fat substitutes are hitting the stands faster than mushrooms that sprout after the first rains. So the next time you head for the stores instead of picking up what you have always picked up, see if there are better substitutes. Remember that our bodies need nutrients and not just calories. 1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.
2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.
3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.
4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

Do not sleep in the afternoons. Do not sleep for more than 10 hours.
Drink Luke warm water early in the morning, preferably mixed with honey and lemon juice.
Drink lots of water throughout the day, especially before meal. Do not drink water in during meals. Always sit and have water.
If for any reason you have to eat outside, always have a glass full of water so that you are left with little space to eat. Order some soup and salad first and then some low calorie diet.
