One thing that I am doing is the 3 Day Diet. You go on this diet for 3 days, then eat normally for 4 days then diet again for 3 more. you will loose about 10 pounds every 3 days, but you will probably gain 7 of it back in the 4 days, but that is 6 pounds in 2 weeks. The link to the diet is in the source box.

If you&#039;re not into that then you could just change the way you are eating but just little things at first. Instead of putting sugar in your cereal, use splenda or a sugar substitute. Drink diet pop instead of regular pop. Use low fat dairy products. They taste the same as regular ones. 

As for exercise, RUN! For 30 minutes everyday. Do 30-45 crunches everyday, and even push ups if you can. (I personally am really bad at them.)
