How Do I lose weight quickly?

I know I'm not really healthy because i love my snack and fatty foods,but I do look like I'm in good shape. I've lost 20 pounds in 3 months from not drinking caffeine but I want to find a fast a healthy way to lose weight easy without having excess skin or "man boobs".
I lift weights occasionaly but can never find time to get around to them.I tell myself I need to start eating good and work out but I just can't.I love my snack foods.
I am in between 200 and 210 and would like to get down to maybe 170 or 180 and keep it there.
So,any suggestion to losing weight quickly,easy,and in a healthy way?
