Teapot vs tea infuser isn't going to make a difference in the nutrition. However, if its the nutrition that you're after, you should consider eating the whole tea leaf. Whole leaf green tea has over 10,000% more antioxidants compared to brewed tea. The reason is b/c most of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are not extracted from the leaf during the brewing process. So when you throw away your tea leaves after brewing, you're actually throwing away most of the nutrition.
References :
http://www.eatgreentea.com/why-eat-green-tea/

They are both healthy, but using a teapot will let the water go through the leave better and in my opinion a better way to brew tea
