Not sure it's a good idea. If the chinese people who discovered tea knew that eating tea leaves would be good for bad congestion, it would have been an easy remedy. If it had any benefit at all, the chinese would have done it centuries ago.

i think you should drink them they are pretty havey to digest for the western stomack those leaves have more power than you can imagine never wondered why they are greenß

yes I think so, I tried some green tea sweets which came from china once but to be honest they were yuch !
