Super fast fat burn/ weight loss!?

I want to get bikini ready by the end of june. it is april 12. i am female and 20 years old. does anyone have tips on how to lose fat on my hips aka: muffin top, core, and thighs?? What about supplements that i can take? are there any realy good ones on the market that arent too expensive? i know working out and eating healthy are important, but i need a little extra to quicken things up. i appreciate all and any help! thank you!!

Eat lean meats, vegetables, and fruits! Zumba is a great workout to lose weight and so is Pilate’s. I lost 8 pounds in one week off of taking Zumba classes 3 times a week.

no supplements will help you lose weight. The only thing that you can do is cardio (running) and eat healthy

It was so really hard for me to lose all that weight. I have tried so many products but they always left me disappointed. Limit calories, eat lean protein and vegetables every day, and do cardio and resistence training.

There is a great website which contains many weight loss meals that you can make and store for months and also has some fitness videos to help you lose weight. Go to the "fitness videos" tabs to get lots of exercises. you should be able to loose 1-2 pounds per week!
