		<description>Sit ups and push aren&#039;t going to burn your belly fat.  You need to stop eating sugar and foods high in carbs.  Then do a lot of high intensity cardio workouts.  Do sprints, jump roping, dance classes, biking, and throw some 50+ rep ab workouts in the mix as well.  If you just do sit ups, you will build muscle underneath the fat, but it will burn very little fat, in turn, making you look fatter.
