how to loss belly fat fast?

hi i am really fat from my belly and i can`t do a single push up so if u guys have any idea to loss belly fat faster

Sit ups and push aren’t going to burn your belly fat. You need to stop eating sugar and foods high in carbs. Then do a lot of high intensity cardio workouts. Do sprints, jump roping, dance classes, biking, and throw some 50+ rep ab workouts in the mix as well. If you just do sit ups, you will build muscle underneath the fat, but it will burn very little fat, in turn, making you look fatter.

Also, try eating 5 smaller meals instead of 3 large meals everyday. 2 of those meals should be a highly nutritional protein shake like this one here: http://www.grandmasherbs.com/index.php?p=catalog&parent=11&pg=1

eat less, and join a program near ur home, like a wellness centre, tht has special programs for just women, and can help u more :)

Push-ups aren’t gonna solve ur problem
u need to do Sit-ups
Or get a really good aerobics dvd
