It works well but the minimum time is 1 min. but since its digital its easy to see the 30 second mark and its neat because it will reset to 1 min. with the push of a button.  Scott, I&#039;m surprised in some of your videos that you don&#039;t emphasize more the importance form.  While doing these exercises, a person should really remember to pull their belly button into their spine, for best results and no injury or strain. Thanks!</description>

But i can feel my body getting used to it now after the 2nd week(a little). The excersize at 1:13 is one i havnt done yet and I cant still figure out where to do it as my nearest park is like miles away. If i do it in the house ill end up tying it to something stupid and end up breaking something I JUST KNOW IT!. ..........Oh well ill just blame Mr Colby.......LOL</description>
