Hi Scott!

Oh that I were 20 years younger and a guy LOL!

When are you going to put something together for older (post menopausal) 55+ women?? ;-)
The spirit is willing but the body don’t work so well! LOL

I started this …
I started this routine-week 1, yesterday. I got a digital “egg” timer. It works well but the minimum time is 1 min. but since its digital its easy to see the 30 second mark and its neat because it will reset to 1 min. with the push of a button. Scott, I’m surprised in some of your videos that you don’t emphasize more the importance form. While doing these exercises, a person should really remember to pull their belly button into their spine, for best results and no injury or strain. Thanks!

Can’t wait to …
Can’t wait to start doing these tomorrow! The pull-ups may pose a challenge in finding a place but we’ll see :)

Scott,

From one fitness professional to another, this is a very well done video! Very instructional and a great example of how effectively one can get fit without using equipment. Indeed body (weight) movements can meaningfully contribute to enhancing one’s ability to improve their fitness. Keep up the great work!

I can’t wait to put this into action. I read your blog and get your newsletter. I’ve learned so much from you. Especially how to get a great workout without all the fancy equipment. I love dancing, palates, and yoga, but I definitely need something basic and effective. I hope to show you some amazing results in a couple of months. Thanks for being an amazing guide. Much love and blessings to you.

This is awesome! I been doing this and man let me tell you its not easy as you think it KILLS! But i can feel my body getting used to it now after the 2nd week(a little). The excersize at 1:13 is one i havnt done yet and I cant still figure out where to do it as my nearest park is like miles away. If i do it in the house ill end up tying it to something stupid and end up breaking something I JUST KNOW IT!. ……….Oh well ill just blame Mr Colby…….LOL

Glad you like the …
Glad you like the wardrobe. : )

Yes I’m a big fan of workouts you can do anywhere with little to no equipment. No travel time to the gym or waiting in line. I’m trying to put the “I have no time to exercise” excuse to rest.

Thanks for your comment.

You’re welcome. …
You’re welcome. Yes you should avoid the jumping movements if they bother your ankle. Strengthen the muscles around the ankle and also work on some balance exercises to help it get stronger as well.

Good luck!

Thanks! I would love your feedback once you try the workout. The key to losing belly fat: consistency and effort, not only with your workouts but with your nutrition program.
