Yes, the acai berry is effctive to use as an aid to help with weight loss. For myself I used them but I coupled this with diet and exercise. I did some reading and found that the acai berry was effctive at curbing snacking urges, which is my biggest problem, so I took advantage of the acai berry free trial to get started..and found that in fact that yes it did work to help me curb my mid afternoon urges, once I lost the weight I needed which was only 15lbs then I simply cancelled the acai berry subscription..

So in short yes they do work, yes the acai berry is a promotional marketing product, but if you use the product intelligently and then cancel it when your done obtaining your target weight goal, you’ll be farther ahead.

Acai Berry works, that’s a fact. BUT it appears that according to most of the independent studies that have been done you have to use the right kind.

A study done at http://www.acaiberrysideeffectstest.com showed that Acai Berry Supreme was NOT among the most effect types of acai to use.

They did prove that three types of Acai are extremely effective and work very well. I believe the testers lost about 10 pounds in the first three days.
