How may Acai berry tablets should i take each day?
I recently bought some Acai Berry capsules and it does not state how many i should take each day? Has anyone tried these and do they work?

It won’t matter how many you take, these pills are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.
All you need is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation. There is no quick fix

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).

stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

why is green tea so good in japanese restaurants, and not good in bagged green tea you can buy in stores?
i absolutely love green tea when i get it in sushi/japanese restaurants, and then when i go to the store and buy the tea bags of green tea.. it does not taste the same at all!
does anyone know where i can find that great tea that they serve at japanese restaurants? the stuff that they pour out of the tea pots and it has some green tea leaf flakes at the bottom?

You are trying tea bags, but the restaurant is serving loose tea.
Even if the teabags were the same brand, they wouldn’t be as good.
Do you have a Peet’s Coffee & Tea shop nearby? Try their brand. Excellent!
Or, next time you go to your favorite Japanese restaurant, ask them for the brand name.
How much do u have 2 excerise while on acai berry?

I have just started taking Acai berry as I ahem heard it is good for energy and speeding up your metabolism…. When do you see the effects of it…??? Has anyone had an experiences with it…. If so what are they?
May I just add that I have a very healthy lifestyle and am not obese and I exercise on a regular basis but am naturally curvy and not size 0. I thought if I was a little thinner I would love myself a little more and saw Acai berry as a slight confidance boost.
