Fast weight loss is unhealthy because it can slow your metabolism and it will make you start burning muscle (from what I understand so far).
So my question is, Can fast weight loss be healthy if while cutting your calories you still separate to 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism up; While also going to the gym everyday working different muscle groups every other day, while still doing a strong aerobic workout every day?

You should limit your calorie intake per day. Take the amount you weigh and multiply it by 10. That is the amount of calories you should eat per day. Limit all carb intake. So no bread or pasta. No soda, try drinking only water because almost all drinks have a lot of calories in them including juice drinks. And exercise! Good luck

I buy dried green tea leaves which have traces of cardamom in them what I want to know is that other than the bitter taste what difference does it make to boil green tea leaves in a pot of water as soon as the flame has started or to add the leaves after the pot is boiling and the flame is off. Eat lean meats, vegetables, and fruits! Zumba is a great workout to lose weight and so is Pilate’s. I lost 8 pounds in one week off of taking Zumba classes 3 times a week.
